Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related fields from a recognized university
- Tax preparation and knowledge of Ugandan tax regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate income tax
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision
Sales Manager
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the security or servicers industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities
- A self-driven, proactive attitude with a result oriented mindset
